Podere Capraia is located in Castiglioncello Bandini, a hamlet of Cinigiano, in the unspoiled nature of the Tuscan Maremma and in a context still rich in historical, artistic and naturalistic heritages.In the old farmhouse of 1700 originally home to farms, restored in typical Tuscan style in the early 2000s and today the residence of Laura and Alberto, two apartments have just been created (Il Solengo and La Spinosa), very welcoming and furnished according to the industrial style.
In the renovation of the apartments, carried out with the collaboration of local artisan professionals and entrepreneurs, the goal was to combine what represents tradition (stone, wood and terracotta) with more modern elements (iron and resins) obtaining the result of a welcoming and functional environment suitable for periods of rest or holidays.
In addition to the internal comfort there is also the presence of a swimming pool (5 x 12) with solarium and a large garden with both sunny and shaded areas all with splendid views of the hills and surrounding places, where there are trekking or bicycle paths. where you can go horseback riding or practice various sports.
The apartments are located in a strategic position given the proximity, both inland and on the coast, to historical, tourist and eno-gastronomic places in the lands of Montecucco and Brunello, all of which can be reached in a short time.
